OUR CONCEPT & VISION:

CLICK (Courtesy, Learning, Integrity, Communication, Kindness) is an acting philosophy. The concept comes from the common phrases "To click with someone" and "It just clicked".

Every actor who has "CLICK-ed" has that ability to make an already capable performance into something mesmerising and memorable. They show Courtesy to their colleagues and audience through being supportive, not over-indulging on stage, knowing when to step back; they have consolidated their Learning through reflective practise of their performance skills; they use Integrity - they are honest with themselves, their abilities, their emotions; they Communicate on stage with a passion that crosses the proscenium; and above all they are Kind, their interactions with the audience and their colleagues have a connection and warmth that only they can produce.

Of course none of this is possible without the safe and supportive atmosphere that is created by the production team who are at once specialists in their field (be it technical, choreography, wardrobe, direction, set, make-up, performance), yet could do any other role, all the while infusing performers with inspiration, encouragement, and above all an understanding and honest response to any concerns.
