AUDREY TANG
is a PhD Researcher and Tutor of International
Business, and Management Enquiry at Brunel
University, West London. Prior to that she was
Head of Psychology at Marlborough School, St
Albans where as a London Academy of Music and
Dramatic Arts (LAMDA) qualified tutor (P.Cert
LAM) she also co-ordinated the School Production
and Gifted & Talented arts programme for 4
years. An equity recognised actress, Audrey also
writes for, directs, choreographs and performs
with local youth and amateur dramatic groups.
Past shows have included “Into the Woods”; “A
Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum”;
“Jesus Christ Superstar” (Edinburgh Fringe); “A
Chorus Line”; “Hot Mikado”; “A Slice of Saturday
Night”, “Shaken Not Speared” (original work) and
“The Pocket Dream” – which also went on a tour
to South East Asia in 1995 at the request of the
United Nations Malaysia Association. |

LYNETTE DRIVER
is Head of ICT and Mathematics at a school in
Hertfordshire. Qualified in Expressive Arts
(with dance and drama as therapy), Lynette is
also resident choreographer with many local
amateur dramatic groups. Her most recent
productions include “The Lion, the Witch & The
Wardrobe”; “Les Miserables”; “The Music Man”;
“Jesus Christ Superstar” (Edinburgh Fringe); “Godspell”;
“The Hired Man”, “The Wizard of Oz”; and
“Oliver!”. Lynette is also experienced in
working with students with emotional,
behavioural and physical difficulties and has
even developed a production of “West Side Story”
to incorporate the wheelchair bound performer. |

THOMAS DAVIS
having qualified as a teacher of Mathematics
tutoring at Oxford University, Tom is an actuary
for PruHealth (The Prudential). His shows as
Musical Director and Conductor have included
“Jesus Christ Superstar” (Edinburgh Fringe);
“Into the Woods”; “A Funny Thing Happened on the
Way to the Forum”; “Cinderella” (Oxford), “Hot
Mikado” (RADA – College of Law), “Shaken Not
Speared” (RADA – College of Law) and “Xanadu
About Nothing” (RADA – College of Law, for which
he also wrote many of the arrangements). Tom is
also an experienced chorister, organist, and
cellist. |

RICHARD ATTERTON
is Head of RE and Politics at Marlborough
School, St Albans. Prior to his teaching career,
Rich was a singer in the pubs and clubs of
Manchester. He continues to grace the boards at
school as a vocalist and pianist most recently
appearing as “Freddie” in the School’s
Production of “Chess”; and “Captain Tempest” in
“Return to the Forbidden Planet”. In turning his
multi-talented hand to sound and media, Rich
directed sound for “Jesus Christ Superstar”
(Edinburgh Fringe) and “Les Miserables”, as well
as recording the “Behind the scenes” DVD to
accompany the Edinburgh Fringe experience memoir
for Marlborough School. |

JENNY WHITLOCK
is Senior Teaching Assistant of Special
Educational Needs at Marlborough School, St
Albans. Not only has she costumed casts of over
80 in the annual school and staff productions
including “Les Miserables”; “A Midsummer Nights’
Dream”; “Jesus Christ Superstar” (Edinburgh
Fringe); “Chess: The Musical”; “Richard III”; “Seussical”;
“Cinderella”; “Aladdin” but she is also an
integral part of the Wardrobe Team of the St
Albans Gang Show – with a cast of over 150!
Jenny is also the much needed voice of calm
whenever things get a little fraught! |

School), and recently she was production
assistant and performed as Deanna in "Romero" by

DAVID SANDERSON
is studying for a Masters in Automotive
Engineering at the University of Bath. He is an
experienced performer with roles ranging from
The Arbiter – Chess: The Musical (Her Majesty’s
Theatre, Haymarket; Marlborough); Richard III –
Richard III (BBC Shakespeare Festival, Barnet
Arts Depot); Judas – Jesus Christ Superstar
(Edinburgh Fringe; Marlborough); Bugsy Malone –
Bugsy Malone (Marlborough); Father Mullarkey –
Once A Catholic (Marlborough); Gosforth –
Gosforth’s Fete (Marlborough); and has appeared
in various Gang Shows (St Albans) and
Marlborough School Revues and Showcases
(including writing “The 6 Chapters of Star Wars
in 6 Minutes”.) Recently he has designed and
created the Set and Props for “A Funny Thing
Happened on the Way to the Forum”; and “Into the
Woods”. David created the role of Romero in the
London Premiere of Daly & Bauress' "Romero: The
Musical" to great acclaim, he is performing as
Antony in "Shaken Not Speared", 2010 at the
Vanbrugh Theatre, London; as well as "Jerry" in
Yasbeck and McNally's "The Full Monty" at the
Compass Theatre, Ickenham. David also is an
actor/facilitator in CLICK's consultancy
workshops. |

OLIVER WARRACK
is the Administrator of Technology at
a St Albans Secondary School
and also runs
his own Web Design and Hosting company "OW
Technologies". As well as many years of
developing lighting for school productions
including “Chess” and “Little Shop of Horrors”,
Oliver has worked Tech with the Watford Palace
Theatre (“Oliver!”), Hemel Hempstead's Dacorum
Theatre (“Bugsy Malone”), and also at ITV (“The
Vault”), and at Elstree Film & TV Studios.
Oliver has helped CLICK on the premiere
production of ROMERO.

ASHLEY ALYMANN
is a professional actor (training: Liverpool
Institute of the Performing Arts - LIPA) whose
one-man shows entitled “Storyteller” inspired by
the Malaysian and South East Asian forms of
storytelling have won him great acclaim
including Edinburgh Fringe Firsts. Although a
trained Solicitor, Ashley is passionate about
the arts, working with Yellow Earth Theatre on
various projects – most recently in their
“Typhoon – International Playreading Festival”.
He has also been in TV commercials in Australia
and Germany, and is currently working on a short
film to be screened at BAFTA later this year.
His work with the CLICK team has included “A
Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum” in
which he played Pseudolus, “Hot Mikado” playing
Koko, and “Into the Woods” which he directed and
choreographed. Ashley will soon be seen as an
Aztec Chief in CBBC's "Relic". |

RO LINTON
is the manager of Watford Mencap's Children's Services running activity
programmes for children with disabilities, and
respite sessions for their carers. She writes a
regular blog of her work in the Watford
Observer. She is also a qualified teacher and an
experienced producer and director having worked
extensively in Australia and the UK. Her shows
as a director, and performer, have included
“Into the Woods”, “Hot Mikado”, and “Anything
Goes”. Her work with the CLICK team has included
Hot Mikado” playing Katisha, and “Aladdin”. Due
to her experience, Ro is a valued theatrical
(and group dynamic) consultant. |

LUKE SHARMAN
has been Marlborough’s technical manager from 03
till end of 07. Showing his skills and keen
approach towards all shows and productions. He
has worked in a number of shows, reviews, school
productions and showcase’s from Jesus Christ
superstar to grease, Bugsy Malone, chess,
Cinderella and Aladdin. He also performed in the
Edinburgh fringe cast of ‘ Jesus Christ
superstar’. While doing lighting for Jesus
Christ superstar he also did the Pyro’s for this
show as well as projections for other shows.
Luke was also lighting technician for the
premiere of Romero at Jerwood Vanbrugh theatre. |

HAYLEY STAR
Hayley graduated from The Brit Academy, London,
and now runs her own dance school “Dancing
Stars” where she teaches all forms of dance as
well as cheerleading. Her previous roles
include: Mary Magdalen – Jesus Christ Superstar
(Edinburgh Fringe); The Tramp – A New Brain
(Brit); Various Showcases and Variety Revues
(Brit); Nancy – Oliver (Marlborough); Loretta –
Bugsy Malone (Marlborough); Company – Grease
(Marlborough); Mary Gallagher – Once A Catholic
(Marlborough). Choreography includes: Grease
(Marlborough); Charity Revues (Marlborough).
Hayley’s training also includes LAMDA Acting
examinations and Various Performing Arts
Festivals. As well as Brit, Hayley has attended
Bodens Studios, courses at Sylvia Young and has
sung at the Royal Albert Hall. Later this year
Hayley created the role of "Maria Gomez" in
CLICK's London Premiere production of "Romero:
The Musical" by Daly & Bauress. She continues to
take her school "Dancing Stars" from strength to
strength and is also an avid supporter of local
charities with her "Dancing Stars" showcases.

COMPANY
trained at the Del Sarto School of Ballet under
Juan Sanchez. With Del Sarto she has performed
in the West End, as well as been part of
European Dance Tours. Katie's shows include "A
Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum"
(Vanbrugh Theatre) where she played Panacea and
supported the production as Dance Captain, and
she has also danced in "42ns Street", "Cabaret",
and did the make up for "How to Succeed in
Business Without Really Trying". Katie is also a
qualified solicitor. |

RUARIDH MACPHEE
is studying accountancy at Newcastle University,
where he is also an avid rower. Whilst as a chef
his “Lemon and Chicken Meatballs” became part of
Sainsbury’s “Be Good to Yourself” range, Ruaridh
became involved in performance through St.
Albans Gang Show, 2001-7. His shows include
Harvey (Harvey – Newcastle University); A Funny
Thing Happened at the Way to the Forum (Hero –
Vanbrugh Theatre); Jesus Christ Superstar (Jesus
- Edinburgh Fringe ; Marlborough School); Chess
(Anatoly – Her Majesty’s Theatre, Haymarket;
Marlborough School); Richard III (Narrator/Earl
of Richmond - Barnet Arts Depot, BBC Shakespeare
Festival); Thoroughly Modern Mille (Ensemble –

BOB FITZSIMMONS
has retired as Head of Mathematics at
Marlborough School St Albans. He has seen over
20 years of school productions in many different
roles, direction, lighting engineer, sound
engineer, set designer, stage management. He
designed and constructed the minimalist and
modifiable set for the Marlborough run of “Jesus
Christ Superstar” (worthy of an ovation in
itself), and worked on technical support in the
Edinburgh Fringe production of the show. He also
taught ‘circus skills’ for “Chess: The Musical”.
Not only that he spends much of his spare time
designing and building sets for the Abbey
Theatre, and also captaining tall ship
excursions for young people. With his vast
experience and knowledge, Bob is a great source
of advice and experience to the team. |

JAMES GRIGGS
is Head of Drama and Media Studies at
Marlborough School, St Albans. James’ talents
extend to film making, stage combat, puppetry
and writing as well as technical direction. He
has been key in developing the technical side of
the school productions, notably devising the
filmography of “Chess: The Musical”; and has
produced and directed “Les Miserables”, and “A
Midsummer Nights Dream” at Marlborough as well
as writing the staff pantomimes. Other
productions James has worked his technical
mastery on include “Into the Woods”; “Jesus
Christ Superstar” (Edinburgh Fringe); “Richard
III” and “Bugsy Malone.” |
